thankfully content

>>True thankfulness is not only to give thanks, but to truly be content and happy in your circumstances.<<

>>But godliness actually is a means of great gain when accompanied by contentment. For we have brought nothing into the world, so we cannot take anything out of it either.<<
 >>Enter His gates with thanksgiving
And His courts with praise.
Give thanks to Him, bless His name.<<
What are you thankful for?

  1. We have so many things to be thankful for in this life! But, unfortunately many times, we aren't content with our many blessings and..want more.

I have so many things to be thankful for...

"I've got so much to thank Him for, so much to praise Him for, He's been so good to me..."

  2. I am *very* thankful for friends like YOU!

    Bethany Joy

P.S. Thanks for the letter! Hopefully, I will have the time to reply soon :)

  3. This Thanksgiving, I'm thankful for

    >>> Prayer -- the hearty laugh of joy, the heart-in-your-hands sob job, the silent contemplation in the face of His awesomeness

    >>> The fact that He uses my brokenness and my littleness for His most full and great purposes

    >>> The relief that I don't have to live for anyone but Him

  4. What a good reminder!

Did you design your own blog? Its lovely!

  5. I love that first quote:)I also like the picture...very 1800's! LOL

    I've missed your emails!

  6. Do you have any links or tips that helped you when you designed your blog? I am attempting to redo both mine and my sisters blogs, but I am having trouble finding tutorials...

    Any info would be appreciated!

  7. EVERYTHING - Since I know that "ALL THINGS" work together for good, etc.

Happy Late Thanksgiving, Floppeth. (If I may call thee that.)
